Philip J. Cohen, MD, ND

Dr. Philip Cohen received his medical degree (MD) from Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in 1985. After residency training in Internal Medicine and Dermatology at his alma mater, he completed a fellowship at the NIH-National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD, where he studied epidermal Langerhans cells (a potent part of the immune system found in the skin) and examined their ability to induce immunity against tumors. He received his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the University of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004. He has served on the teaching faculty (professorships) at University of Bridgeport and Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Cohen has practiced Integrative Medicine since 1994. 

 

Denise M. Cohen, ND

Dr. Denise Cohen received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the University of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004. Principal mentors in European Biological Medicine are Thomas Rau, MD (Switzerland) and Konrad Werthmann, MD (Austria). Areas of special interest include homotoxicology (the role of toxic burden in the causation of illness), cell wall-deficient microbial forms (stealth pathogens), autoimmunity and bioregulation (the establishment of healthy homeostasis of metabolism, hormone balance, immune system, and autonomic nervous system). She has been in private practice since 2004.
